Caskey Center’s Monday Morning Prayer Challenge

Here in the Caskey Center for Church Excellence, we are committed to sharing the gospel with as many people as possible. We believe that a pastor’s primary responsibility is to model a life committed to being a disciple of Jesus Christ. This means that pastors need to model a strong devotion to personal evangelism.

We have a regular practice on Monday mornings. We call it the Caskey Monday Morning Prayer. Here is how it works: each Monday morning you pray and ask God to put someone in your life that week who needs to hear the gospel. Also pray for boldness to transition to the gospel message.

Once you’ve prayed that prayer, look for those divine appointments as you go through each day. God is faithful to put someone in your life who is ready to hear the gospel message. We must be faithful to do our part and proclaim the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ.

I would like to invite you to take the challenge this year. For the next 52 weeks, pray for evangelistic opportunities, and then share the gospel. Comment below if you are going to take the challenge, and would like us to be praying for you.
